A Little Bit About Me
I was once 275 lbs unfit! When I was younger I tried hundreds...thousands .... of diets...you heard of the eat no fat diet?...I did that one!... Didn't lose any thing...just my self worth!..."Weight watchers"...it worked and it was one of the best ones I did until they changed to points!... Then of course there was just plain starving...but by doing that I not only gained back on weight after I quit starving myself... I lost muscle!!...I had also heard of the "Jenny Craig" diet...but really who has an extra 500 dollars per month just to spend on your eating plan ...and then having to spend even more more money for the family to eat as well ....and do they even teach you how to eat at home without having to buy their pricey pre packaged meals?? No they don't... the meals are all pre packaged and delivered to your home....so once you get off "Jenny Craig" you still don't know how to pick and chose healthy options of food for yourself... and so you go back to your old eating habits... and food. But then through a ton of research and studying I came up with a program that not only helped me lose 100 lbs...it helped me build muscle!!! All doing this in my own home...with my own food!... I am now going to share that information with you!
Diets don't work
If you've seen or heard or tried a diet that recommends you to stay away from certain foods...like fruit, whole grain foods or other healthy carbs and healthy fats stay away from those programs and quit doing them!
Sure they may work in the short term as you are cutting back on calories, but in the long term those diets are really bad for you! As your body will lose out on much needed nutrients from those healthy fats and carbs that these so called diets are telling you to stay away from and eventually you will have to go back to your old eating habits and really if you haven't learnt how to eat all sorts of food in moderation you will just go back to your old eating habits and just might gain back on all the weight that you had worked so hard to get off... plus maybe even more weight then you had before! And on top of that during such diets your body will crave for those much needed nutrients that your body needs to function properly and you will have to fight major cravings and will give into eating unhealthy foods more often then not! You will lose control and slip up thinking "why can't I just have some will power!! But if done right with the right foods at the right times you will put a stop to those unnecessary cravings and get control over your life and lose that unwanted weight for ever!! So you have to choose a eating plan that is doable and healthy that you can make into a "lifestyle" change! To make a change happen you have to be able to change the way you think about food and eat! It does have to be a lifestyle change!!
Never Is Along Time!
can you really picture yourself not ever eating healthy fats like sunflower seeds or almonds, or healthy carbs like a big juicy apple or a mango or even a white potato, or a yam or even whole grain toast? Or how about that treat like cheesecake once in awhile....no you can't picture that? Well hey neither can I! So diets that tell you, you have to give up certain foods just don't work!!! Don't do them....don't even be tempted by them!! So yes If you have tried dozens of diets and are tired of being let down or mislead by unrealistic weight loss promises, and you may not believe that the tips and information I offer you will change your life and help you lose weight, and will help you reach your life term goals to get fit, toned lose weight and get healthy for the rest of your life!! Just try it and give it your all.... you might just be surprised that "clean eating" and "carb cycling" will work for you!! Come join us we will do this together!!

Do it for yourself!!
When your legs ache....your body burns and there is sweat all over...you know your doing something right!...Don't give up! Go for the push!! Will this be easy...NOPE...wil it be worth it..ABSOLUTELY!!!
